Innovative Voice Studio
Jenna Pastuszek (“Pass To Zeck”) and Tim Russell are the co-founders of Innovative Performance and Innovative Voice Studio, where they guide elite performers to build captivating performances on any platform, from Broadway theaters to Zoom. As Estill Voice International Master Trainers, they help clients leverage their unique storytelling skills to connect with their voices, their content, their teams, and their audiences. Together, they hold degrees in Vocal Performance, Vocal Pedagogy, Education, History, and Mechanical Engineering. Their joint careers include over ten years as adjunct faculty in academia as well as a combined twenty+ years of performance experience, singing across the country and around the world. They lead and develop experiences like courses, workshops, classes, lessons, and talks for a variety of professional voice users. Both are proud members of Actors Equity Association.

Jenna Pastuszek [b: Philadelphia, PA] is a professional actor, singer, voice over artist, musical theatre educator, and voice teacher. She received her Masters in Teaching in Elementary Education along with a BA in History and minor in French from the University of Virginia. Her second Masters in Vocal Performance and her Advanced Certificate of Vocal Pedagogy are from NYU Steinhardt. She is a proud graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA program and is an Estill Voice International Master Trainer. Jenna has an extensive New York City and regional theater career having performed across America. She frequently performs with The Summer Club, a 17-piece big band, and is a national commercial voice over artist, voicing household brands like Starbucks Cafe, Amazon Alexa, KIND Bar, Target, IKEA, Crest, and more.
Jenna served on the voice faculty at The University of the Arts’ Ira Brind School and at NYU Steinhardt. Other teaching positions include The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The American Musical Theatre Academy, The Stage Theater School, Young People’s Theatre Workshop, and Musical Theatre College Auditions. @thejennap
Tim Russell [b: Clinton, CT] holds a Master’s Degree in Music for Vocal Performance and an Advanced Certificate of Vocal Pedagogy from NYU Steinhardt. He also received a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UConn. He is an Estill Voice International Master Trainer. Tim recently sang all over the country and abroad with The Flyboys, a four part harmony group, performing with the iconic Glenn Miller Orchestra and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. He was also recently the lead singer in the funk/rock band, The Ninth, whose full length album Olympic Dream/Nightmare and EP The Answer is available on Spotify.
Tim is currently on the voice faculty at Pace University and Marymount Manhattan College. He is also a Vocal Tech Coach at MTCA. Other guest and adjunct teaching credits include New York University, CAP 21/Molloy College, the Professional Conservatory of Musical Theater (PCMT) at the New York Film Academy (NYFA), the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Applause Performing Arts School, and Wickham Vocal Studios (NYC). @thetimrussell
Together, Jenna and Tim founded Innovative Performance, where they work with corporate businesses, start ups, non-profits, and other institutions. Their interactive, science-backed performance optimization workshops are designed to support strategic self-care, boost morale, maximize creative output, and unleash innovation.
