Mary Frances Roebuck earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College and her Bachelor of Science in Dance and Arts Management from Oklahoma City University. Her clinical experience includes orthopedics, performing arts rehabilitation, and neuro-rehabilitation. She is currently practicing at SPEAR Physical Therapy NYC’s 57th Street location.

During her time at Oklahoma City University, she performed both on and off stage with the American Spirit Dance Company. This experience provided her the understanding of what it takes to be a professional dancer or manager in the entertainment industry. Her goal is to educate instructors, managers, and performers on the demands of the dancer’s body and instill longevity into each individual’s professional career. Besides dancers, Mary Frances wants every patient to find the same joy of movement and set goals for return to an active lifestyle.

Each 30-minute warm-up will focus on a dance-specific strength and conditioning workout to prevent common injuries and enhance performance optimization. Resources will be provided to help you better warm-up your body for auditions, performances, and teaching needs.
